Widely usage:
It can be used indoors or outdoors. Hang it on the front door or living room wall, over the fireplace or anywhere according to your decoration idea. Our metal signs with holes for easy hanging. You can hang your signs with wall magnets, outdoor command strips, hooks, nails etc. We do not provide the hanging equipment due to many different hanging preferences.
* LED Sign Detail:
A string of fairy LED lights is attached behind these items will highlight your room. The USB plug enables you to plug the string LED lights into the USB hub, power adapter. Remote control: You can use the remote to turn the lights on and off, change the color to one of 16 vibrant colors, adjust brightness, cycle through the colors and set a timer for 24 hours.
* SIZE:
There are multiple sizes to choose: 8 inches, 10inches 12 inches, 14 inches, 18 inches, 24 inches, 30 inches, 36 inches
For Led Lights item, I highly recommend selecting a type with a diameter of 12 inches or greater.
NOTE: Actual color may be slightly different from the image due to different monitor and light effects. Please allow 0.5-2 mm differences due to manual measurement.
Every product is printed just for you according to your specifications of design, size, and color at our company. We don’t hold any stock, which means your items are manufactured only after you place your order.
- In production:
All orders will have a manufacturing time frame of 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the order being shipped, regardless of the shipping method selected. For orders that choose Ground, 2- Day, Overnight shipping service will be put into production within 12 hours. Outside of this time, you will not be able to change order information or cancel it.
- Shipping:
You will receive your order once sent within 2-10 business days depending on the shipping service you have chosen
For international orders please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. The final delivery is usually via your local postal service.

1. Defective/Damaged Orders
1.1 Time Limit
If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests beyond this time frame.
1.2 Eligibility
Since each item from Namashops.com is custom-made and printed specifically for you, our return policy only allows for returns or full refunds in the case of a major problem with the received item. You are eligible for returns or full refunds in the following situations:
- The item is significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you.
- The item is damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.
- The item received is not what you ordered.
Please note that there may be a slight difference of up to 20% between the advertised images and the actual item you receive. This difference can occur due to factors such as lighting during photo shooting or variations in monitor display.
For any other cases not mentioned above, we may consider offering a partial refund, excluding the shipping costs.
1.3 How to file a claim
To file a claim, please send us an email with the following information:
- Order number
- Video or photo of the defective product
- For printing errors, include photographs of the error
- For sizing issues, include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photos of items
- If some of the items are missing, provide images of the received item and the detailed shipping label
- If the received item is not functioning properly, provide a video clearly showing the issue.
Our support team will review the photos/videos you provide of the defective item. If eligible, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost. In rare cases where sending a replacement is not possible, we will fully refund you for the eligible product, including shipping costs.
1.4 Exceptions:
Refunds or replacements are generally not accepted for instances where there may have been unintentional errors on the customer's part, including:
- Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
- Failure to carefully preview the design, as some of our printing files are automatically generated to match the preview on our website, or failure to provide the personalization.
We kindly request that you carefully review your order before checking out to ensure its accuracy. Please note that refusing the shipment or returning the item at your own expense doesn't guarantee a refund.
2. Lost/ Missing Orders
If you haven't received any updates on your order for over 15 days, please let us know by email. We will investigate the issue to find out why the shipment is delayed. If we determine that the order is lost because of our mistake, we will either send you a replacement or give you a full refund.
However, please keep in mind that we cannot take responsibility if the order isn't delivered due to an incorrect address or if the recipient refuses/forwards it.
3. Replacement/ Refund Process
Since our products are customized with your information, we do not accept returns. You have the option to donate, keep, or dispose of any unwanted items at your convenience. If you require a replacement, the timeframe will follow the same process as a regular order.
In the case of a refund, you will receive a confirmation once the process is complete. Please allow approximately 5-10 days for the refund to be credited back to your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
